Kumarakom Park Resort

Staff was great! The bedroom I stayed at was great too, but bear in mind that I upgraded it at the hotel. The floor was a bit dirty when I checked in. I asked for it to be cleaned and it was immediately dealt with. There's a mini-fridge in the room. The pool was fantastic! Breakfast and food in general was good. They have a bar with limited selection but it's pretty good for a night drink. No frills.

Spacious room, clean, aircon and ceiling fan. Food was good for evening and breakfast. It was also nice to use the (hot) swimming pool and play pool in the bar area. We could make payment by international card. Would stay again if visiting.

It's a well maintained property - the rooms, swimming pool, restaurant, bar. Staffs were very caring and helpful.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and humble. Vipin was one of them with whom I interacted from the time of booking and he was very supportive. The restaurant staffs are very friendly and organised and their food quality is worth the money. Closer to the backwaters and bird scantury so you can plan your day to be spent well
